I need some advice..

I came home sick from work today. I feel ok…but my stomach is upset. I started feeling kinda bad last night. I have been resting all day and feel really lazy. (Like the old Jules)  I was thinking of getting on the treadmill for a lil while to walk today. Do u think I should? Or..should I keep resting today so I can be 100% tomorrow. I feel like I am making excuses..even though I really feel lousy. Let me know what u think./..Jules

    No one knows your body like you do. If you feel up to working out, then do it, but make sure you’ve eaten and you have hydrated. If you know you don’t feel up for it, then relax and get back in it tomorrow.

    Get on for a few minutes, if you feel worse, stop immediately. I know I have a bad problem with general fatigue, and have to make myself get up and go. Mostly once I am going I feel better. But if you are feeling sick, don’t over do it.

    I walked a mile and did my stretches. I feel good about doing it..thank u..still feeling under the weather..but I made no excuses.
