Bad decision…maybe
Well, I made some choices today that are not my normal choice lately. I worked out hard today and I don’t feel bad about it. I had a cheese burger from McDonalds since they were on sale. I went to the movies and had some popcorn…not the whole bucket like I used to. Maybe I should feel bad about it..but I don’t. I am not going back to my old ways…I just had some good food in moderation. This isnt a new habit..just a treat. My first bad decision…maybe , that I have had in a month of eating right. So…tomorrow is back to my perfect choices.
I think that is the healthiest way. It proves you are in a new frame of mind and your relationship with food has changed. You are doing so great! Such an inspiration!
You know I personally think what you did is a good thing. You did not eat the entire bucket but stopped when it was enough. We cannot live depriving ourselves of everything. That is not going to work. So I think you should be proud of yourself for eating in moderation
I don’t think it’s a bad decision. You can eat those things, every day if you want to, not that I would recommend it. But as long as your portion is in control and your within your calorie goals your find girl!
Not a “bad” decision. This was good!!! If you didnt treat yourself, you would end up indulging, and probably too much. You have to allow yourself a treat every now and then or you wouldnt work so hard. And you kept in mind some serious portion control and alotted for your calories! So EXCELLENT job! =] You are doing SOOO great Julie, and your inches are dropping like crazy!!!
You have no reason to feel guilty. You used moderation. You didn’t break your stretch of perfect eating, you just had something different. If you had had 2 or 3 burgers and the entire bucket of popcorn then that would be a different story. Isn’t it great to see how for you have come in such a short time.
